Rob Kardashian Considering Going To A Weight Loss Camp: Report

New year, new Rob Kardashian.

According to People, the former reality star is planning to get serious about losing weight in 2020. So serious, in fact, he's thinking about trying an "intensive weight loss program."

“Rob was doing better towards the end of last year with his weight,” a source told the outlet. “He knows it’s mostly a food issue and he is really trying to be healthier." The insider added, “Everyone else in the family is working out and thinking about what they eat. He wants this year to be the year when he takes care of himself.”

One of Rob's biggest motivations to get fit is his three-year-old daughter, Dream. “He wants to be healthier for Dream,” the source shared. “He is even considering getting help at a weight loss camp." The insider continued, “He thinks a live-in fitness and health program might be the best option for him. If he starts losing more weight by exercising and changing his diet during a camp, he believes he will be able to stick with it at home as well."

For the latter portion of 2019, Rob made somewhat of a return to the public eye. In December, the camera-shy Kardashian was spotted in sister Kim Kardashian's Instagram Story looking quite snazzy (and slim) in a black sweater and matching beanie at the family's annual Christmas Eve celebration. The month prior, the 32-year-old entrepreneur returned to Instagram, sharing a rare photo of himself looking noticeably slimmer. "Halloween 2019 🎃 @halfwaydead 💀🖤 @krisjenner," he captioned the pic that showed him in a Papa Troll costume alongside his mom, Kris Jenner. Around that same time, TMZ reported that Rob had "been using his time out of the public eye to focus on his health and drop some pounds and a lot of its thanks to saying no to alcohol."

As fans know, the businessman retreated from his family's reality show and the public eye back in 2016, telling People, "I gained a bunch of weight and was super uncomfortable in my skin. The whole weight thing really affected me."
